We offer two types of products: original artwork and made-to-order prints. Each has a slightly different return policy, outlined below:
Original Paintings
All sales of original, one-of-a-kind paintings are final. Please read descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with questions before purchasing. We’re happy to provide more photos or details upon request.
Prints (Made-to-Order)
Each print is made just for you through a professional print-on-demand service. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for prints due to buyer's remorse, wrong size, or color preference.
However, we do offer free replacements or refunds in the case of:
• Damaged items
• Misprinted artwork
• Wrong item received
• Lost shipments
Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo, your order number, and a description of the problem, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Shipping Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address at checkout!
